Winter School 2024

Date: 12/23 – 12/27

Time: 10:00~14:00

Target Group：4 years old（Kindergarten 1）～6th grade（TIS students accepted from 1.5 years old）

Price: 5 day term 22,000 yen (The 5 day price includes an orange t-shirt and materials fee.)

We will give a coupon for 2 hours of childcare for those who do not need an orange t-shirt.

If you participated in 2024 Summer School, you will receive a special price when applying for the 5 day course!

※You can participate by the day at a rate of 5,500 yen per day, but an orange t-shirt is not included.

Kamiotai Branch: Ant-Panda, Kindergarten 1-Elementary Grade 6

※Yamaki students will also have winter class at Kamiotai※

Childcare Fee:　￥1,100/hour

(TIS preschool students do not have to pay between the hours of 8:00-15:00.)

(TIS elementary students do not have to pay between the hours of 8:00-16:00.)

Lesson are from 10:00-14:00. You can enter from 9:50.

Pick up is until 14:15. If you are late by even 1 minute, you will be charged for 1 hour of childcare.

Childcare is calculated from 14:00.

Example: 14:00～15:00（1 hour）　You can apply for childcare until 18:00, in 1 hour increments.

Pre-reservation is required for students other than TIS preschool and elementary school students.

※If you are late by 1 minute, we will charge for the next hour of childcare.

※Please be advised: Our school closes at 18:00, so you must pick your child up by 18:00. If you are even 1 minute late, you will be charged a late penalty of 5,500 yen per child, per incident.※

If ordering the school lunch, you must order it for all of the days.

S size（Rice １００ｇ）￥324/meal

L Size（Rice １２０ｇ、1.5 times as many sides）　￥378/meal

Adult Size（Rice２５０ｇ、Same amount of sides as L size）　￥378/meal

※We cannot accommodate every allergy, so please consult us if you have allergies and would like to order.
You must bring eating utensils even if you order the school lunch.
If you apply after the deadline, you cannot order school lunch. （Deadline is 12/13 (Friday) at 16:00）

Lunch（if not ordering）、Lunch Set（Chopsticks, Fork, Spoon, Wet towel or wet tissue, Lunch Mat）, Thermos, Extra bottle of tea or water, Hat, Change of clothes, Indoor Shoes, Handkerchief, Hand Towel, Pocket Tissues, Apron or Smock for Crafts

What to wear： Please wear your orange TIS t-shirt every day.

※Please write your name in romaji on everything. If your name is not written on a belonging, we will write it.

※You cannot come on a different day if you are absent.

※Even if you cancel, or are absent, we will not refund your money.

※Application Deadline：12/13（Friday）16:00

※Only TIS preschool and elementary school students can apply from 11/5～11/17.

There are class limits, so please apply early to reserve your spot.
